Error in Legal Notice Issue date

There is an error in legal notice issue date instead of 16/4/2025 it is mentioned as 16/5/2025. I have evidence as post mail receipt of 17/4/2025 and email that was sent on 16/4/2025. Will that suffice to prove in court, under section 138 that the issue date on legal notice is an typo error?
