Hi.. I have received this notice from the areness. However, I have ‘emailed sbi credit card team regarding settlement of my dues as I am unable to pay the full payment.
I am not in india since September and will be back after 3 years, before I left india I emailed them to settle my account. I have mentioned I am reachable through WhatsApp calls and emails. No one lives on the addresses they have already visited. They called my mother and abused her but not answering me to settle my account.

Ideally you should participate in the Arbitration Proceedings. Usually these Banks appoint an Arbitration unilaterally which is legally unsustainable. You should object to the appointment of the Arbitrator and then take the case in Mediation for settlement.
