Dealer filed a case claiming to pay 10 lac but only 5 lacs are pending

I have a computer shop in indore. I'm doing business from around 10-12 years one of my dealer whom I used to purchase goods from 4-5 years suddenly came up with pending amount of 12 lakhs but according to our account it is only 5 lakhs rest we paid in regular interval by cash he came with bills n telling us to file case on us under section 417.plz help me what to do.
No Criminal Case can be filed as it is totally a Civil Money Transaction Commercial Dispute to be dealt in the civil court under money recovery suit nothing than that as the ingredients to attract section 415 Ipc is missing hence no police interference is permissible

My dear friend don't worry if you have a proper proof of paying his amount so you don't have to be worry. second thing there is no crime done by you so there is no matter of sec 417.its a civil nature dispute.
