If there is a pending dues of your credit card then the bank can initiate legal proceedings, either civil court or arbitration, depending upon the terms and conditions of your agreement. So your credit card holder agreement needs to be perused for any sane advice. Please feel free to contact Thanks

u can contact them and ask for some time, moreover they can sue you for recovery of amount due with interest . u can settle the amount or negotiate the amount as per your budget to pay, or flexibility in paying the dues.

If you have received a demand notice that clearly states that the bank wants its money back and will soon initiate legal proceedings against you. If you have received the notice then they can file a recovery suit against you in a civil court. If you want any other legal assistance I am just a call away.
