Hi I landed money to my friend around 5 lakhs now he is not repaying how can I get my money back I have a bond paper

okay I understand your question so now your friend not return the lone ammount right you di one think you have to file money recovery suit in court it is better for you court pass the order in yourvfever including intrest if you need i willb do it contact me thank you

What action of recovery have you taken so far? You’ll have to issue a legal notice and file a recovery suit sir. What was the mode of payment and it’s terms? I’ll need to look into your bond so that I can assess and advice better.
