Caveat Filling against Bank so that get to know

Wanted to know that can i file Caveat against Bank. As everytime bank is threatening me that they are moving to Court against my property on which i took Business Loan and unable to pay. I am looking to buy more time in which bank is not giving time. So to keep a watch I want to file Caveat but confused in which court should i file Caveat. pl suggest

yes you can file ,the court which has jurisdiction over this matter, after filing the caveat you will get Notice from the court,when bank files the case. the process is very simple to file the caveat

where your property is situated... it's good if you send legal notice or request notice for late payment with resions... and whenever bank file recovery case you will get court summon or if they directly files case under sarfesi act you have to be carefull... contact us for more free legal advice
