When execution of decree be stayed if there if final order of supreme court to give possission

Final order of SC with respect to what? If SC has give clear interim stay on execution, in your case, then execution can be stayed.
If there is no stay from SC then execution will not be stayed.

Dear Querist,
If an appeal has been carried forward against the decree of eviction upto Supreme Court, and if the supreme court upholds the order of eviction, then, unless circumstances arises, that decree becomes unexecutable, then it is not possible that the execution of decree would be stayed
