Dear Madam
It is nothing but extortion. They cannot snatch your money. Let them file a suit for money recovery against your parents if they have sufficient documents. Threaten them by issuing legal notice that you will defamatory case against them as they are frequently insulting you in public. Please come to my office I will guide you legally.

legally you can file insolvency case and prevent them from asking money, for that you have to declare that you have nothing and not transferred any property or assets intentionally before filing suit and even you have to make each person as opposite party and to proove with necessary evidence, consult the advocate they will guide you the procedures and provide suggestions bases on you position.

Madam/Sir, If you have in connection with this loan ₹5 lakhs transaction, then your responsibility to return the amount. If not then you will not responsible. The police complaint is not maintainable due to civil in nature. for further information kindly contact to me.
