Bank messed up with my property registry

I applied for a home loan with ICICI housing Finance. They confirmed that the registry can be done in the name of my sister and I jointly.
We did the registry and bank appointed lawyer was also present there. later they denied and asked me to do the registry solely on my name which cost me another 45k. They are not refunding me money for this now. What action can I take against them? Can I sue the bank?
Bank might hv got ample papers signed by u …their policies n terms include their decision etc …therefore u can do anything …just forget n forgive n enjoy your property …no need to take any tension …u hv got the Propert so better enjoy

You can recover the money from the bank by sending a legal notice and giving a stipulated time period to the bank to refund your money. However it would be required to see what documents you have signed with the bank which assured you to make such payments. Please feel free to contact
