First bank filed it in mohali now in jalandhar same case different city. How to tell jalandhar court that this case is in mohali
What kind of case bank instituted against you. civil recovery suit or complaint under section 138 of NI Act ?? if the bank filed CIVIL recovery suit then you can appear in person before court at Jalandhar and submits the case copy of MOHALI court. if the bank filed complaint under section 138 of NI Act then you first have to furnish surety bonds.
