Bidder paid full amount on 31.7.26. 18.9.26 p.o allowed ammendment,21.9.26 a.o transferred part payment to loan ac.

File a Securitisation Application under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act before the DRT, challenging the auction for violations of Rules 8 and 9. Seek interim stay and appropriate relief against the auction sale.

hi if the case is still pending at the debts recovery tribunal then you could file petition to set aside the auction process and against principles of natural justice and could obtain appropriate relief
