Asking for refund of a defective bike

Hi, I have recently bought a vehicle from tvs and started seeing issues with self start. I have already given the bike multiple times to them but issue continue to happen. nnI have already raised a complaint on consumer forum but no reply on it. I just want the refund from them. The vehicle is in warranty period. They just playing with me like a dogs. I want to send a legal notice and wanted to know if this will a strong case against them. nnThanks!

Dear Sir You may send them a legal notice for the relief you want and if they do not respond you may file a case in consumer forum. Thanks and Regards

sir, regarding the matter you may see the remedy through consumer court criminal court in my opinion you should go with the criminal court under filing cheating case against the company. before it you have to serve a legal notice against the company
