Advice on filing debt lawsuit against debtor who is not present

My debtor is not in the country presently but since he is not showing signs of clearing his dues I wish to file a debt lawsuit against him. Is this possible ? Since he is not here how will the court contact him to summon him?

Yes sir it is possible u can file a fir and all against him or file a complaint against him and all u can write everything in the complain andnall what had happened and all u can tel the court AND ALL is there any possibility that u could’ve his company number or so u can file a suit against him

do you have his contact no or email id??? if you have the same then fistly serve him a legal notice from the same platform.If he didn't revert file suit for recovery.Summons can be served through online platform So, no worries.
