I inform IDFC bank that I will make payment on 30th November, but Branch manager and his team members continuously harassed me, my mother father brother and my friends. I don't know how they got call numbers of all of them. Agent visit my home without my knowledge and defamation haressed my mother infront of nabours.idfc Branch manager used abusing me with saying chutiya, chullu bhar pani me dude k mar ja, besharan insan, khade me Dal,etc idfc not interested to punish such employees.
Well, you can lodge a Complaint against them to RBI and Banking Ombudsman. You record them and make their Audio Viral over Social Media, due to this, they may get suspended from their seniors. Logde a Complaint against them with Police. Go to Media.
