A friend borrowed money not returning now can I take action

Hello sir .....i got q message from a friend she asked me to help her.she told me that she is too young so banks are not transferring her father's money in her account.she told me that as her father is dead so bank is asking for a partner who is from other country.i helped her and I have sent money to her many many time.i didn't get any money till now and I am in deep trouble.i want to ask that can I get my money back.everytime I send them money they ask for more.

Since you have transferred the money through Bank you have very strong case in your favour. You can definitely recover your money by filing a civil suit for recovery.
