A Company Send Me Legal Notice

I am purchase some items from a company, company did not give me proper items some money is pending from me. I told him send the proper items then I send money but he did not. And send me a notice what I do in this case

Just reply over that legal notice, whatever was sent by the company, and mention all relevant details about the product, whatever received, and you also not satisfied due to some reason its a best option to deal it.

Hi this is Ajay Pratap Singh Advocate from Lucknow. Legal notice is not forced to you for clearing the issue. When you purchase the items from a company the check list regarding the items have been signed by you. Read the agreement between you and company. Call me in this regard I'II give a suitable direction to company.
