Hi, As per the limited information provided by you, it is recommended to move against the company by filing sending a legal notice to them asking for your outstanding liability with interest. If all goes positive then you will be able to recover your money otherwise we will file a Recovery Suit against the Company, whereby we can attach the property of the Company also.

For a full recovery with interest you can opt for a Civil Suit for recovery. The Pecuniary Jurisdiction of NCLT is not 1 crore so a Civil Suit is the only advisable action. Alternatively, if there is a cheque bounce you can approach the court the rough NI ACT 138. For Consumers, they can approach the consumer courts.

Well in this case, Where you have already tried several times for the settlement and you have given sufficient time to the company in order to repay the pending amount, then you should start off by sending the legal notice to that company. So kindly contact for further details.
