hi for filing the summary suit it depends on the amount which is being claimed by you and the court fees and the advocate fees would be depending on it alleast thirty to forty thousand depending upon the place

It totally depends upon the territorial Jurisdiction of the matter; as we are seeing the subject matter we can quote around 50k professional fees till the judgement pass excluding court expenses.
