Won case but didn't get possession SLP in supreme court what to do

I'm the respondent father 70years old my son is the petitioner i win civil case in feb.2015 but till don't get possiession as well as any rent from petitioner but now my son filed SLP in high court and suprem court both are rejected SLP but high court gave 2 months time and after completed this time period Supreme court gave 6 months time for vacate the house peacefully but the petitioners file SLP regarding increase the time limit to vacate the house and he is not capable to rent till this march2016.the order of Supreme court is that the petitioner vacate the respondent home. What can i do?

You need not wait for him to file SLP and he managing to further delay the eviction. Immediately file execution petition for recovery of possession and also depending on facts you cam also explore the possibility of filing contempt.

Sir,

Please share the details as to when the time limit was given to vacate the said premises and if the time has already elapsed then file an application for contempt of the court orders and seek the execution of the same.

Dear sir,

Please file an execution petition and oppose their application for increase the period of vacating the rented premises in the supreme court of india. You should also oppose that they have not paid the rent despite the order of the hon'ble court.
