Mere bhai ki shadi 2017 mei hai hai n bhabhi sirf 5 month hi hmary yha rhihai hmm kei bà ar leny gye prr vo ghar nhi aa rhi qki unke tau ki beti divorcee hai or vo unhy bharka rhihai ab 30 august ko bhabhi ki beti huihai unhony hmm btaya bhi nhi ki delivery kbki hai prr hmy unke kisi relative sei pta lga to hmm hospital gye vha unhony hmy provoke Kiya or ladai ki.hmm 4 baar gye hospital.ab unsypucha ki bhabhi ghar kb chalogi to unhony mna kr Diya.or hmpr fir krny k liy kh rhihai..hmm bahut prshan hai pls help qki agr unhony asa kiya to hmm sbko jail ho sktihai..Pls suggest on priority

get a case for restitution of conjugal rights filed on behalf of your brother immediately (bhabhi ko wapas bulane k liye). In this manner you will be in a better position if litigation follows by your sister in law. However, you cannot do anything to avoid a case/FIR under 498A by your sister in law. I have read Ur issue reading Ur brothers marriage issue .
As Ur bhabhi live in Ur home for only 5 month.after Ur bhabhi gone to her home. After the she never returned to Ur home as u people have visited her house to to bring her back to her matrimonial home. 4 times but her parents never allowed you people to bring her back. To Ur own husband house.but very recently Ur bhabhi have given birth to a beautiful daughter but no one informed you people tht Ur brother have received a blessing in the form of daughter. But there relatives informed u people about the daughter birth you people visited hospital. But they refused to meet up and now they are trying to threat u by saying tht they will file a for against you so u are advised to take legal action against these people urgently.
