My step sister who is written my dads real daughter in certificates and passport is she eligible to get share in my dads heritage property

Yes, a daughter has a right to equal share in the property of her father, even if she is his step-daughter. Law does not draw a distinction between daughters on the ground of them being step-daughters, at least for the purposes of inheritence. This is assuming that the property in which she seeks to establish claim was the self acquired property of the father. Situation might differ where the property is ancestral or HUF in nature.
