What to do if the parents are wrongly dividing the property

One of my friend. A deaf and dumb girl she has 2 sisters. And her grand parent gave a property for her but her parents cheated and made her to change that property in their name now they are planning to do partition for 3 daughters. What can she do ?? Open to all suggestions
As per your statement the property was gifted to your friend by her grand parents and again she gifted it to her parents. So normally once a gift deed is registered it can not be annulled . But if she can prove fraud or coercion on the part of her parents the gift deed can be set aside through a court order.

Your QUESTION is incomplete. Through which instrument does the girl got the property in her name before the same was transferred to the girls parents? what is the nature of the property? what made you to think she was cheated? post with more details.
