You received the gift from your grandfather legally then what is the objection your relatives have with the same. After going through their complaint you need to give a representation to the MRO substantiating your valid claim as per the gift by enclosing the copy of gift deed and claim passpook to be issued in your favour. If MRO fails to issue pass book then you should approach court of law for reducing seeking direction from the court to MRO for issuance of pass book in your name
