Sir between two brothers 1 brother died n 2nd fraudly took thumb impression of decease widow n submit village property papers to grampanchayat at Karnataka. N Now he (fraud one) want to apply for loan on same property. So can we send a legal notice to panchayat or how?
You can send notice to panchayat and other village authorities for informing about the fraud done to you.
You will also require to file case before Tahasildar or Sub-Divisional Officer of respective jurisdiction regarding the same.
