What to do against the harassment to leave the house

We are staying in our nani house under my mother share of property from last 30 years even we all took birth also in the same house sincebirt we are living but now my mama and their children are harassing is to leave the house in this case what we can do plzz suggest
Sir in this property which you are staying in this property for 30 years so you mother is legal heir of the father property and your mother is staying in there own share in the property so you have all the right.

To understand the complete case you have to explain the full family detail like your mother and maternal uncle aunties detail, total property detail etc. because the total distribution is around them all . If you mother and your Mama only two lively members in maternal family then the half portion could be taken in your mothers fvr. A distribution deed must be executed with mutual consent or you can file a suit for the same.
