much depends on with what source the property was bought and whether your there is anything to show that your father registered the property in your brother`s name just for the sake of convenience or wanted at property to be your brother`s.

Sir, the property is in your brother name he will enjoy all the rights over the property, if you want any right over the property then you have to file a partition suit against your brother has the property was bought from your father's money, you can challenge stateing the source of money during the time of purchase of property your brother should prove the source.

Just check whether the property is ancestral or self acquired property of your father. If it is self acquired then he can transfer it to anybody as per his wish, hence you don't have any right. Otherwise check if your father has purchased the property through his ancestral property income or selling the same then you will be having right to claim in the property which is registered in your brother's name. Meanwhile you have right in your father side ancestral property.
