What is the procedure if grandfather wants to donate land to sons wife

my grandfather want to donate land to his sons wife what the procedure and how much money i would pay for it
Your grandfather may transfer his right , title and interest of his property through following instrument: 1.through sale deed 2. Through gift deed and 3. Through will. will(vasiyatnama) shall be effective after death of your grandfather.

If it is Hindu undivided family's property and your grandfather as karta of family wants to donate land , he can not. If he wants to do so, first he has to divide the property in equal share to all stake holder and then he can donate or gift his share to any one.
