What is the daughter's claim in father's property

I am a married women.my parents passed away. We are 3sisters and 4 brother.parents give his all property to his son. Are we eligible to claim father property? If yes how many time will take and how much money spend on this case.
You can validly claim your share in the property if your father has expired after 2005, in the year 2005 the women too have been given the right to have share in the father's property and they have been recognised as a legal coparceners

If property is self acquired by your father then he is entitle to give anyone whom he likes to give ,in case if property coming through succession the you are entitled to have share in property .

If property was self acquired property of your father and he made a will in favor of your brother then chances are very less to get rights in that property but will is not made then you have every right in that property.
