What is legal rights available against stay order?

Some one relative in home who has no right in that property bt he got stay order for possession on that property so want to know what can we do for removing that stay order as soon as possible..... ..... Hindu religion
for the purpose of removing the stay order as soon as possible the many situations arose firstly stay order granted ad-interim secondly temparary thirdly permanent if the stay order passed ad-interim then objections filed on your side and then stay order is vacated / removed & if stay order temparary passed then misc. civil appeal filed & if permanent stay passed then civil appeal filed for the purpose of vacated / removed the stay order.
