What documents required to buy home

03-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
I'm planning to buy home from a owner in vijay nagar, double storey, delhi 110009. And owner has power of attorney to transfer the ownership of home free from any kind of legal dispute. And I want to know what documents I need to ask from owner to make this property transaction complete legally. So that in future, if I might plan to sell the home, so I won't face any problem.

You would need all the title deeds and title chain of the property. Kindly procure the same from the seller and get it verified by a lawyer. Do also get a title search conducted before entering into any sort of agreement. You may connect for consultation
