what are the legal rights of daughter over property?

My father bought a plot and build house on it.he died in 1984 without making a will. my mother expired in 2010 without will. A family settlement came in force in 2015.i was given a small piece of house. But now, my brother denied to give any share. Do i ve share in this property. i m hindu
Yes you can claim over the property of your father. If other family members are denying /rejecting your right over the property, your can file a civil suit before the appropriate civil court having jurisdiction over the property.
