dear sir i am  from jharkhand. i want to purchase land. sir landlord is belong to sc cast and i am obc can i purchase. becouse landlord need to money urgent

As per your query I would like to inform you that Chhotanagpur Tenancy Act, 1908 ( herein called CNT) restrained transfer of ST land to OBC. You can buy only OBC land as per the law of Jharkhand. Fee free to call me for more information through lawrato.com

No. Dont purchase it. It cannot be transferred legally. You will only be wasting your money. SC Land cannot be transferred to non-SC. The Law is very strict. You will be guided by CNT Act for the same.

No you can’t purchase the land of the sc because it requires mandatory permission from deputy commissioner of the respectively area therefore it is not available for you to proceed towards it so please be cairful
