UP RERA - 4th MEETING - MORPHEUS PRATIKSHA - 4th MEETING

I have 4th meeting with RERA on 16-Nov-2021.
As per the NCLT order in 2019 the phase-2 of the project (i.e. towers 7-10) needs to be refunded. But the builder is refusing to pay the money till now.
Could you please help and share fees structure for the offered services.

hello as you said you are tge buyers of Morpheous pratkksha project as you said you all people wants refund of your heard earned money as builder have cheated you . as builder is refusing to refund the money even after nclt orders so we need to move to apex cout for help who can help us in thia issue.

If the builder is refusing to pay you you may approach her again and asked to issue a recovery certificate against the builder and property may be forfeited and there are other several remedies available I have dictated the answer for more details you may please contact us my office is very close to UP Rera office thank you
