From where you have inherited the property in issue. Is it ancestral property? If yes , then you can't deney your son's and daughters share in it. The best you can do to transfer your share to your wife. However, if property is your self acquired one then issue will be different.

This query requires some detail information as when and how you inherited this property. If it is a part of Hindu coparcenary property and at the time of partition, you children , specially son , had been born and in which year partition took place? All these are important to know before answering your query.

After division of share , right ,title and interest over property vest in you and there is no bar to transfer your share in favour of anyone else including your wife. There is no question arises for taking consent from your sons or daughters for transferring the property in favour of your wife.
