Your can send a legal notice firstly asking the tenant to leave the premises and demanding the rent accrued. In case the tenant doesn’t vacate the premises or deposit the rent. You may file a suit for ejectment.

Hello sir / mam You may serve a legal notice to the tenant demanding payment of the outstanding rent and vacation of the premises within the stipulated period. If the tenant fails to comply with the notice, you may initiate appropriate civil proceedings before the competent court for recovery of arrears of rent and possession of the property, in accordance with the applicable tenancy laws.

police verification of the tenant, you can initiate legal proceedings to recover unpaid rent and obtain possession of your property. First, send a legal notice to the tenant demanding payment of outstanding rent and requiring the tenant to vacate the premises within the applicable notice period. Preserve evidence of the tenancy, such as bank statements, rent receipts, WhatsApp messages, electricity bills, and any other documents establishing the landlord-tenant relationship.
