Subdivision of land by third generation heirs

Dear sir In andhra pradesh i have agriculture first record in my grandfather name and my father and to me present now others means other granfathers brothers sons met with tahasidhar made subdivision half the land without any will and intimation to me

You have to issue notices to Tahsildar asking them to refrain from mutation of the agricultural properties.
Also get stay orders from district court against your grand father's brothers and tahsildar from mutating the properties without hearing your side.
also ensure that you are in possession of the property.

without notice to you the land has to be not divided. the thasildhar has to give notice and if any object if you rise he has take into consideration and divide the land if they are having any right on property. you can file appeal. and you file application under right to information that in this case the thasildhar given notice r not, if he has given who has taken it. in ap now lands are hike so thasildhar may collude with them.
