Stay order on the property after division

Hi My father and his brother had owned a property of 50 cents together and had sold 18 cents together and left with 32 cents. My father and his brother had expired and now my family and his family have issues in division of cents equally. With few experts advices from lawyers we got to know that it will be eqy divided into 16 cents. Now his family had started the construction of house in property ,so kindly advise what is the next course of action. Getting stay for the property is the only action or anything else to be done
You can file for partition and get injunction or statusquo order. You have to ask for partition with metes and bounds. If he is constructing in his 16cents, getting order could be difficult but its the only option.
