I have perused the contents of your query. To my understanding you have entered into an agreement to sell and took the earnest money (bayana) and balance to be paid later. It seems you are a joint owner of the property in hand. The joint shareholder can initiate legal action and seek injunction however, selling of share by a co owner is not legally barred.
