Son asking their share on fathers property but father refuse

I want to know about that if father refuse to give their property to their child so any legal way to get property from their father .son torture to his father for property and giving threts to his father for killing and asking for his share in father's property
In a Hindu family , son has got legal right in family property by birth itself. It means if the property in father's hand is family property, the son has got legal right to get his share. But if the property is self acquired by the father, then it depends on father's will to give the property to son or not

No son has no right in father's self acquired property. However if the property of HUF is in the name of father as karta of HUF., then son can claim his share in the property and father can not denied the same

If the property belongs to ancestral property ur son has inherent right to claim his share by virtue of his birth in the family. If the belongs to your earned or acquired property your son will not succeed if he claims.
