Share in property flat of my late father.
24-Aug-2024 (In Property Law)
My late father own a flat in nirman apartments mayur vihar extension Delhi. He didn't prepare any will for that flat and my mother and one younger sister had hold that flat and not ready to give my share. Myself and my 2 other sisters want to file a case against our mother for our share in theat flat. Pls advice how to go and claim .

we need to first see whether your property is freehold or not. Certainly upon demise, if there is no will all the legal heirs have shared. for that we need to go for partition of the property and obtaining the surviving member certificate
