Share in Nana's property after her death

29-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
Nana, Nani, Mama passed away. So did my mother in 2017. Do I have a share in my Nana's property being grand daughter? I'm married. My Mama's sons have the possession of the property and are planning to sell the ancestral property.

Yes, You have a share in an ancestral property on the primae facie of your question but there are so many other things to know from you like whether the property in question was a self acquired or ancestral property of your nana or nani.
