In the matter which is before me, the action should be taken against the person who has committed fraud against you by instituting a case against for seizure of property without your knowledge through an advocate who shall send a notice for the recovery of your property back. But before approaching an advocate you shall make a complaint in police station of such a fraud.

You can file a suit for declaration of that transfer as null and void in the court of civil judge. In case the title of the property is in your name then you can certainly challenge the transfer of the property by fraudulent means.
no one can transfer your property other than you or your duly authorised attorney.

Dear Sir

Sorry to hear about your situation. you will need to file a fraud case against the person to the local police station where the property is situated and then proceed to criminal court as well as to civil court to seek possession of your property.

The most critical factor that shall decide the course of action to be taken in your case would be as to who is in possession of the property. Accordingly you could file a suit for injunction or declaration. And you could also initiate criminal proceedings against the person.
