Sarfeasi auction property registration problem due to court case popup

Lic housing finance gave a loan in 2014 but the vendor hid already registered sale agreement of 2014; the party went to court to payback the advance amount or register the property to the petitioner. Lichfl borrower defaulted ,property possessed and auctioned. I'm the successful bidder and when I go for registration, in the sub registrar's court case number is popping up and refused registration. Please advice.

LIC Housing Finance should have informed you about the other court case. also you could have checked for the EC entry preventing the registration of the property. now that you have come to know about the case you better follow it closely are get implead in it.
