Sale of ancestral Property and elder daughter not ready to give consen

I have 1 self acquired property and 1 ancestral property. Both the property is registered on my name. I have 3 daughters and wife. I want to sell both for my livelihood as I do not have any source of income or saving at the age of 75. I do not want to give any share from self acquired property. I will give equal share to all dependents from ancestral one. Everyone agree to this except my 1 eldest daughter. She is torturing me give share on self property then only she will give consent on ancestr

l. believe you are aware that consent of your daughter is not required for you to sell your self appired property. maybe the buyers are asking you to get signature of your daughter while selling your self acquired property. in that case you should find some other wire even at a lawyer rate. you can take an appointment with me to get more ideas in this matter.

If the revenue documents of the ancestral property is transferred in your then only you can give share to your children. Otherwise you cannot transfer. You can sell your property your own wish without any obstruction. If you need any further advice please contact me

from self acquired property you need not give any share . from ancentral property she is entitled. u can sell your self acquired property. ancestral property u can go for partition and sell your share. dhe can do nothing.
