Rules for distribution of ancestral property

there is no distribution (batwara) done on my grandfather property who had 3 sons. my father had two marriages in his lifetime and he is no more. so when the batwara is done will the second wife and her daughter have any stake in the property or just me n my mother( fathers first wife) can stake our claim apart from the other two brothers

Technically, second marriage during subsistence of first marriage is illegal. So second wife will not be entitled to any claim. However, her children will be entitled to equal share as being claimed by you.
You need to clear the facts first that 2nd marriage was done in existence of first marriage or after the death of first wife until the facts are not properly elaborate proper guidance cannot be extended
