Dear sir, Your case is complicated matter. It is informed that your grandfather divorced 40 years ago without any legal documentary proof and settled property to your grandmother with a word on registered documents. Your question is not clear. Whether the first wife is alive or not? Further how your grandfather delivered the property tot he diversed your grandmother? Please clarify that at the time of taking divorce he mentioned the same in the divorce petition or not? If he mentioned the same in the divorce petition then the second wife cannot claim and your grandfather cannot take back the right of transfer of the property

40 years back my grandfather diversed to my grandmother without any legal and documentary.at that time leaving he settled whatever property available to my grandmother with a word ( love and no person have rights) on registered documents. after that, he married another person and staying in some other place. now what happen means he demanding that my second wife also have rights on property that what ever already settled to first wife. please give answer whether second wife has rights on first wife property?
