25-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)

(father self purchased only land) Now my mother died My grandfather died Only my father alive. Now problem is that my father is telling that he will give all property to my sister and kick out me from all these property. He will transfer all to my sister. My question is that. Can he do so without my consent/signature. Do I have any right to fight against him regarding my grandfather and mother property.

Your father has every right to deal with the property which he himself purchased. He may sell or gift the said property according to his wishes and also he may create a will in favour of your sisters. But with regard to other properties he is not absolute owner ,hence he cannot transfer those properties asper his wishes. You may claim your share by filing civil suit before appropriate court of your district.

As per law of the land you have remedy. Your father can not transfer all the property to your sister. Contact a good lawyer apprise him about all the facts and documents (if any). And act according to his advice

Your father can take decisions only regarding his own property and not the others. You have full right in the property of your mother 's and grandfather 's name. You are entitled to get one share, along with your father and other siblings in these properties
