Rights after husband’s death on owned purchased property

I along with my husband purchased under construction property in 2017 .the home also on both name. In May 2020 my husband die due to cancer and left behind my 2 years old daughter. His parents are not alive but has 4 elder sisters , out of one is unmarried and staying with us till his death. The house which we were live while he was alive was in his name but sisters all hide papers and said that we haven’t transferred anything to your husband name so you will have leave this and took Writing in paper that am leaving rights on that property. Now the new purchase which possession is due and beacuse of his death they are asking succession cert and noc from sisters . Please advise if these documents are really needed as this purchased by me and my husband.
succession certificate is required to the builder and noc is not required as the flat belings to you and your husband sisters have no right in the said property which is owned by your husband and you can claim the entire property in your name by filing two cases in that regard

The new flat which you and your husband has purchased and due for possession does not have any share of your husband's sister. If succession certificate is required then you and your daughter are the legal heirs of your husband and get it from court.

if property is purchased by u and ur husband then no need to noc from his sister. but u have to get heir ship certificate and succession certificate from Court. heir ship certificate for immovable property ang succession certificate for movable property. any information u can call me
