No one can make any claim over the property left behind by maternal uncle.Hence, your Bua's daughters are not legally entitled to any share in the property. But if the property stands in the name of your grandfather then they can rightfullyclaim their share in the property.

It is necessary to know as whether your grand father is alive or not. If alive then daughter or her children are entitled to get one share , along with other siblings. And not alive then the question is when he died and what is the nature of property.

It is not as easy as your bua's daughter think. Yes, if your bua alive then issue will be different. Contact a good lawyer, apprise him about all facts documents and act accordingly as per his advice.
