Remove wife name from joint property after divorce USA

I bought this property in Mumbai Thane, My wife has applied for divorce and demanded half money of the property in divorce settlement. Me and my wife both live in USA and cannot come to India, is there any way to remove my wife name from the property and transfer the ownership completely in my name, when paying her demand.
Yes, there is a way out. You and your wife can give special power of attorney to any of your close relatives to get your wife's share transfer in your name by registered document by paying appropriate registration and stamp duty .
